COMPACT TRANSVERSE SLICER Mod. K3

The K3 transverse slicer is suitable to slice various kind of fruit and vegetables and all types of salad. It can perform a big variety of different 2D cuts being ideally suited for elongated products. The product (celery, cucumbers, carrots, zucchini,...) is fed on two âVâ high speed feed belts. From here the products moves to the rotating slicing wheel. In fact the cutting size of the vegetables or fruit is determined by the combination of the type and speed of the cutting wheel, the number of knives on the cutting wheel, and the speed of the conveyor belt.
