BROCCOLI

Turatti has a leading role in the broccoli processing, thanks to a wide range of machinery realized with a specific design.

Several types of manual de-corers and floret cutters (Mod. Hercules) and automatic units (Mod. Titano) are available in the Turatti production range and allow to separate the florets, that can be selected by size with different graders.

The broccoli florets can be additionally trimmed and cut in halves.
