FULL IMMERSION DRUM BLANCHER Mod. MICHELANGELO
The Turatti full immersion drum blancher allows more homogeneous blanching, since all the products are totally submerged. Blanching conditions are adjusted by means of two independent direct steam injection systems, while precise retention time is automatically controlled.
